limited menu choices missing chairs

The location was great and within walking distance to downtown, as advertised.

The replacement room needed refurbishment, especially the swivel chair and furniture next to the fridge. Nice to have a balcony, but there WERE no chairs to sit outside. Breakfast was a disappointment with limited menu choices. I wish I had known about these limitations beforehand.

Decent Hotel, Some Issues

helpful personnel excellent accommodation underground option lack of service buffet price pool issue

The staff proved helpful, when I requested thinner pillows and hypoallergenic soaps. Matthew assisted us, in finding what we needed in the area. The accommodation was excellent. Parking, including an underground option, was available for winter.

I encountered a lack of service in the bistro and there was no explanation about the buffet. The price was quite ridiculous! I have experienced better at a Holiday Inn. There was also an issue with the pool and not being available.

i had some issues . the housekeeper was quite rude during one interaction. the front desk response time to requests was also slower than expected. it.

convenient location ample choice large counter quick information

the location worked well for exploring the area. the hotel had many restaurants nearby providing ample choices. the bathroom sink counter was large, which i found useful for organizing my things. staff quickly informed me about housekeeping policies, ensuring i knew about the service even with the do not disturb sign.

I found that the lighting was not optimal for my taste. The room was dark

the king suite was spacious and offered a nice view. it was located on a quiet floor adding to the peacefulness. the room included a coffee maker, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, lovely soaps, and lotions.

The staff provided excellent service. The hotel has unique decor with fabulous art throughout. The atmosphere felt cute.
